I’ll leave all the in-depth details for a later post after I have fully finished the cab. I want to cover it with tolex and add a grille gloth and some kind of tonal-filtering layer behind the grille cloth to try and get the best out of it.
In short though, the verdict is that this 2×8 cab sounds much better than it has a right to, especially seeing as it is so crudely put together.
